Introduction

Vital Focus Transportation Sdn. Bhd. (VFT), established in year 2000,
is leading the way to the future of the bus transport industry in the
state of Sarawak, Malaysia. With the consolidation of 9 bus companies
and a total fleet of 150 buses and over 300 staff under one roof,
VFT has since become the largest service provider in the state of
Sarawak.

VFT pledges to provide better public transportation services covering

all cities and towns in Sarawak up to Pontianak in Kalimantan, Indonesia.

VFT believes in making continuous improvements to its business
operations so that we may deliver better quality services to our
customers. Now with VFT, the public can enjoy more frequent and
reliable bus schedules, newer buses, more confortable rides, friendlier
drivers and helpful customer service representatives.

VFT has also changed its manual ticketing system to a fully-integrated computerized ticketing system linking all ticketing outlets. This enables
fast and reliable ticket booking hence no customer would have to
encounter problems such as double-booked seats or having trouble
with advance bookings especially during peak seasons.

VFT is run by a dedicated and capable management team who is
focused on improving operational efficiency, as well as, fulfilling
our customers' needs.
